It's a government conspiracy sort of thing. There's a group of analysts that look for patterns in world events. A think tank sort of thing. One of them finds something that indicates that the US government isn't just made up of three branches, but that there's a hidden fourth branch. It's incredibly well-acted and the cinematography is beautiful.
Wow these are GORGEOUS. I really love the ones with the credits overlaid over shots from the show, especially the one with the lucky clover and the highway interchange.
